Your account should be managed at least twice per month or every five trips.
Note: To prep for billing on the 25th, set a calendar reminder, review any disputed charges, and doublecheck the upcoming month's subscription selections (Unlimited, daily)
Note: Chase cars need to be designated by 10am (local time)
Chase cars are simply one or more vehicles with an active Monthly Vehicle Subscription that a Host designates as chase car(s). PMCS provides chase cars to our Hosts for the purpose of managing their fleets and not having to pay for extra parking.
A vehicle designated in the Host’s account as a chase car is allowed to enter and exit its designated location for up to four hours at a time without incurring daily parking fees.
Chase cars may not be used for rental purposes.
If the chase car stays beyond the four (4) hour limit, it will be charged the daily use fee for the location. NOTE: Chase cars are not permitted at any on-airport location.

Keep vehicles locked, store keys securely, and never leave valuables or keys inside unattended vehicles.
Store key fobs in a Faraday lockbox or signal-blocking pouch to help prevent relay attacks. One option is the JACKET Faraday Anti-Theft Key Fob Dry Bag. Test the container regularly by confirming the vehicle will not unlock or start while the key is inside.
Our team is happy to recommend lockboxes and tools; simply submit an email to [email protected].
Use GPS tracking and take timestamped photos of each vehicle’s condition, mileage, and parking location before and after every trip.
Use designated, well-lit areas; maintain proper insurance and registration; and immediately report suspicious activity, damage, missing keys, or unauthorized vehicle movement.
