After arriving at BNA, you will collect your baggage and follow the signs directing you to "Ground Transportation." While heading to the ground transportation area, text "shuttle" to the Park My Share Fly Away Shuttle line at (931) 228-0067 to let the shuttle drivers know you have arrived.

Proceed to the Ground Transportation Center: Go to level 1 of the terminal garage #2 and look for waiting area 1. Look for signs indicating "Rental Cars/Shuttles" as you head towards the garage. Proceed to Lane C3 for our shuttle's pickup point.

Once in the Ground Transportation Center, you will see designated areas for hotel and off-airport parking shuttles. These shuttles are labeled with the names of the respective parking companies. Locate the Fly Away shuttle signs and wait for the shuttle to arrive.

Shuttle pickup times are typically 15–20 minutes, but may take longer during peak travel periods, airport traffic congestion, or ongoing construction at BNA. In some cases, wait times may exceed 30 minutes.

Please let your shuttle driver know that you are on a Park My share Turo trip.

Arriving at the Parking Lot
The shuttle will drop you off at the shuttle stop at the front of the facility. From there, you can walk to your vehicle using the information provided by your host in the Turo app.

Traveling with a large group, young children, elderly passengers, or lots of luggage? We recommend having one person retrieve the vehicle while the rest of the group remains at the shuttle drop-off area. Once the vehicle has been located, the driver can return to pick up passengers and luggage for easier loading.

For Local Vehicle Pickups: The Park My Share lot is located at 1671 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217. From downtown Nashville, Head South on route 41. We are just past the exit for route 255 and right before the Sonic Drive-in.

If you are dropping off a personal vehicle to pick up a Turo vehicle you will need to pull a ticket and pay for parking for your personal vehicle.

If you are getting dropped off at the lot please let the cashier know you are being dropped off for a Turo, Park My Share booking.
