Arrivals: Guests Arriving at LAX
BE ADVISED, there are two Parking Spot locations at LAX. All Park My Share/Turo guests need to board the Parking Spot Century Location Shuttle. DO NOT board the Parking Spot Sepulveda shuttle.
After arriving at LAX, you will collect your baggage and then make your way to the nearest escalator to level 2 (Arrivals). You will exit the airport on level 2 and look for the red "Hotel & Private Parking Shuttles" Sign on the terminal curb. A shuttle provided by The Parking Spot Century location. The shuttles are clearly marked with The Parking Spot's logo and are often bright yellow with black spots.
The Parking Spot Century shuttles (bright yellow and black spots) will pick you up at the designated shuttle pick-up points at each terminal on the arrivals level. Collect your baggage from baggage claim and take the nearest escalator to level 2. Exit the airport lobby and look for the red "Hotel & Private Parking Shuttles" signs along the terminal curbs.
When you board the shuttle Parking Spot Century Shuttle let the shuttle driver know that you are a Park My Share/Turo guest.
The shuttle will drive you to The Parking Spot Century Location. The ride usually takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic and the terminal from which you are being picked up.
Getting from the Parking Spot Century shuttle stop to your vehicle at the Park My Share Garage
**Please note: The shuttle stop is not your final destination. Your vehicle is parked in the secured Park My Share Garage located across the alley. Please follow the walking instructions below to get to your vehicle.
Once you arrive at the shuttle stop, you will need to follow the Park My Share signage guiding you to the Park My Share parking garage lobby located next door at 5730 W 98th St Los Angeles, CA 90045 where your vehicle is stored (see map image). Once at the lobby entrance you will use the QR code given to you by your host to access the building. You should then follow your host’s instructions guiding you to which floor (P3 or P4) and section your vehicle is parked.
Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing LAX
If Returning Before 10pm
When returning the vehicle and needing airport transportation, arrive at least an hour before your desired terminal arrival time.
Use the following address to navigate your car to the Park My Share garage at 5730 W 98th St Los Angeles, CA 90045 using the car share return lane. DO NOT return the car at the Parking Spot Century garage located at 5701 W. Century Blvd your car will not have access and you may be subject to an improper return fee.
You will return the car using the 98th street car share return lane. You should park the car in the designated car share area on levels P3 & P4 (only). Please ensure you do not occupy spaces reserved for other hosts or on any level other than P3 & P4. Once the checkout process is complete take the elevators to the ground floor, exit the parking garage on 98th street. Follow the Park My Share signs to your right and make your way to the shuttle pickup area located at 5701 W. Century Blvd (see map image). From there the Parking Spot shuttle will take you to your desired terminal at LAX.
If returning after 10pm
You will return the car by driving on Century Blvd and turning into the alley car share return lane located in the alley between the Parking Spot Century at (5701 W. Century Blvd ) and the Park My Share garage (5730 W 98th St Los Angeles, CA 90045) (see map image).
You should park the car in the designated car share area on levels P3 & P4 (only). Please ensure you do not occupy spaces reserved for other hosts or on any level other than P3 & P4.
