Arrivals: Guests Arriving at MCO Airport
Welcome to Orlando! Your host has your vehicle ready for pick up at The Parking Spot. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.
Orlando The Parking Spot Shuttle Schedule
7:00 AM - 11:00 PM: Shuttles run regularly every 5-15 minutes. However, for precise timing or during peak periods, it's advisable to use The Parking Spot's mobile app (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play).
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Shuttles arrive approximately every 30 minutes, but we recommend you call The Parking Spot Office at (407) 851-5500 or use their mobile app (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play) to alert them that you are ready to be picked up.
After claiming your baggage, proceed to level 1 (ground transportation level). The shuttle dispatch number, if you have any questions, is (407) 851-5500.
For Terminal A: The shuttle will be located in spaces 34-37.
For Terminal B: The shuttle will be located in spaces 36-39.
For Terminal C: The shuttle will be located in spaces C279-C280
Once at The Parking Spot shuttle stop, enter the next shuttle to arrive. Tell the shuttle driver you are picking up from the Park My Share (PMS) lot. Look for your host's instructions and communicate to your driver where your host's vehicle is.
Remember to tip!
Once you arrive at The Parking Spot PMS lot and find your vehicle, follow your host's check-in instructions. The exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.

Non Airport - Local Pick up:
To avoid charges, we recommend getting dropped off curbside.
Once you arrive at the front gate, let the gate attendant know you’re a guest looking for the Park My Share area. You can request a shuttle ride back to the PMS area or walk about 2-3 minutes back to the area.

Leaving Orlando!
When returning the vehicle and needing airport transportation, arrive at least 2 hours before your desired terminal arrival time.
Use the following address to navigate your car to Park My Share at The Parking Spot MCO facility: 5500 Hazeltine National Drive, Orlando, FL 32812.
As you pull into The Parking Spot, the gate will open automatically by reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle. Tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the Park My Share (PMS) lot and to please send a shuttle to the Park My Share shuttle stop. For the fastest shuttle pickup experience, make sure the booth attendant knows you need a shuttle ride back to the airport.
Please make sure to return the vehicle to a spot in the PMS area (labeled with blue signage in Row I). Look for your host's instructions as to where they would like you to park within the PMS lot.
A shuttle will come pick you up at the shuttle stop and return you to the airport.
