Arrivals: Guests Arriving at PHX Airport - The Parking Spot 1
Welcome to Phoenix! Your host has your vehicle ready for pick up at The Parking Spot 1. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.
Phoenix The Parking Spot 1 Shuttle Schedule
7:00 AM - 11:00 PM: Shuttles run regularly every 7-15 minutes. However, for precise timing or during peak periods, it's advisable to use The Parking Spot's mobile app (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play).
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes. However, we recommend that you call The Parking Spot office (602-393-4777, ext #1) and alert them that you are ready to be picked up.
After you land, grab your luggage by heading down to the baggage claim area on the lower levels. Once you have your bags, look for the signs in the baggage claim area exit doors for "Parking Shuttles and Ground Transportation." Once you're at The Parking Stop shuttle curb, look for the The Parking Spot shuttles that are bright yellow with black spots. BE ADVISED, there are three Parking Spot locations at Sky Harbor in Phoenix. All Park My Share/Turo guests need to board the Parking Spot Shuttle #1 located at 3750 E. Washington Street. DO NOT board The Parking Spot Shuttle #2 or #3. These will take you to completely separate locations.
Make sure you're boarding the shuttle heading to The Parking Spot #1. The shuttle ride is pretty quick—about 8 to 10 minutes—since The Parking Spot #1 is only about 2 miles away from the airport. The driver will help with any luggage, and you'll be on your way in no time.
As you begin approaching The Parking Spot #1 via the 3750 E. Washington Street entrance, remind your driver to drop you off in the Park My Share/Turo section located in the northwest corner of the facility. Read through your host's messages to identify exactly where your vehicle is within the Park My Share/Turo section and let your driver know. (Don't forget to tip!)
Lastly, follow your host's check-in instructions via the car share app on how to get access to your vehicle. The exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.

To avoid charges, we recommend getting dropped off curbside.
Once you arrive at the front gate, let the gate attendant know you’re a guest looking for the Park My Share area. You can request a shuttle ride back to the Park My Share area or walk about 3-5 minutes back to the area.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing PHX Airport
When returning the vehicle and needing airport transportation, arrive at least an hour before your desired terminal arrival time.
Use the following address to navigate your car to the Park My Share facility (The Parking Spot #1): 3750 E Washington St Phoenix, AZ 85034. DO NOT return the car at the Parking Spot facility #2 or #3.
For the quickest return experience to the airport, tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the "Park My Share" (PMS) lot and to please send a shuttle to the PMS shuttle stop.
You will return the car using the Washington Street entrance. Your host will tell you exactly where you should park the car within the designated Park My Share area located in the northwest corner of the facility. Please ensure you do not occupy spaces reserved for other hosts. Once the checkout process is complete, wait for your shuttle at the designated Park My Share shuttle stop and the shuttle driver will take you to the airport.
