The parking lot and shuttles operate 24/7.

Buying Reservations outside the Park My Share platform is not permitted for car share activity.

• Hosting or their customers ' pulling tickets from Kiosks is strictly prohibited.

• All AVI credentials must be activated and permanently affixed to each corresponding PMS-registered vehicle- no exceptions.

• Car Share customers will be dropped off at designated Park My Share drop-off points if space is not known by the host’s customer.

• Hosts are responsible solely for car location, security of their vehicle, and key management.

• Unattended vehicles must be locked at all times.

• No trailering in of vehicles.

• No storage of any items outside of vehicle.

• All requests for refunds should be no older than 30 days; reviewing your invoices should be a monthly process for all hosts.

• All host to parking facility communication should be done via Park My Share.

• Host cars without Park My Share window stickers may be immobilized.

• Car Share Hosts and parkers must be courteous towards ParkDIA Staff.

• No Blocking other customers while taking photos.

• Vendors providing Maintenance/ oil changes while on site must be certified by Park My Share.

• Maintenance should not be performed on the lot, or within a mile of the surrounding area, if not by an approved vendor.

• Hosts/owners are not permitted to do oil changes or major vehicle maintenance without first getting certified by PMS.

• Cleaning by owners/hosts only or certified Park My Share vendors.

• Car wash activities must be low water use with low to no soap, or must be reclaimed

• Low water use is defined as water from your car wash activities must not enter any storm drain. Expectation is that water evaporates and does not enter the storm system under any circumstance.

• Low soap use is defined as if you can see soap on the ground during or after washing you are using too much soap.

• Reclamation is defined as a system by which all water and runoff is contained, and is drummed and removed entirely from the site for disposal.

• Violation of the car wash rule may result in a 2K fine and immediate removal of parking privileges.

• Staging cars for cleaning- no more than 5 cars at a time from a single company may be staged for cleaning.

• Staging of vehicles must be in spaces in car share areas, not perpendicular to traffic markings.

• No refueling on site.

• Quiet portable Inverters are permitted for temporary access to power.

• Take Trash with you if possible but we do have a dumpster for minor trash on the West side of the property in the dumpster coral. Do not put your trash in the dumpster labeled "Masters"

• Facility reserves the right to blacklist individuals for unruliness, breaking any of the above rules, or being rude to the onsite team.

• Parking rate is for each space, if vehicles are parked in more than one space you will be charged for both.

• Car share hosts are permitted to use bathrooms in the covered area and are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Fines will be assessed if there are any issues.

• If cleaning after dark, please make sure to have a high visibility vest on so that shuttle drivers and others can see you.

• This facility does not offer Handicap Accessible shuttle service to car share guests. If you have a guest that needs accessibility please arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to the airport and utilize the handicap accessible spaces there.

Facility Fines

• Unattended cars that are found unlocked are subject to a $25.00 fine.

• Buying Reservations for car share activity you are subject to a $100.00 fine.

• Cars that fail to have a permanently displayed AVI PMCS tag are subject to a $25.00 fine.

• Violation of the car wash rule above you are subject to a 2K fine and immediate removal of parking privileges.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF VEHICLES. ParkDIA, Metropolis & Park My Share shall not be liable for damage to any vehicle using the parking facilities including theft, collision, fire, or any other damage to such vehicle; ParkDIA, Metropolis & Park My Share shall not be responsible for articles left in such vehicles; ParkDIA, Metroplis & Park My Share shall not be liable for loss of use of any such vehicles which may be damaged or stolen while using the parking facilities for any reason what so ever. In addition, Park DIA, Parking Spot & Park My Share shall not be liable for any injury to any person using the parking facilities or shuttle service regardless of the cause of such injury. Any vehicle you park at this facility is parked at your sole risk. ParkDIA, Metropolis & Park My Share does not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. You alone are responsible for parking and locking your vehicle. Only a license to park is granted and no bailment is created. By your continued use of Park My Share you agree to all foregoing terms.
