Arrivals: Guests Arriving at ATL Airport
Welcome to Atlanta! Your host has your vehicle ready for pick up at The Parking Spot 1. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.
Atlanta The Parking Spot 1 Shuttle Schedule
7:00 AM - 11:00 PM: Shuttles run regularly every 5-10 minutes. However, for precise timing or during peak periods, it's advisable to use The Parking Spot's mobile app (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play).
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Use The Parking Spot's mobile app (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play) or call (404) 761-3300 to schedule a pick up.
After claiming your luggage
at North Terminal, proceed out W1 doors.
at South Terminal, proceed out W2 doors.
Cross the pedestrian crosswalk to Ground Transportation and follow the signs to Zone D6. Tell the shuttle driver you are picking up from the Park My Share (PMS) lot. Look for your host's instructions and communicate to your driver where your host's vehicle is. (Remember to tip!)
Once you find your vehicle, follow your host's check-in instructions. To exit, follow the exit signs to the Park My Share exit lane and the exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.
Non-Airport – Local Pick Up:
To avoid parking charges, have your driver drop you off at the employee parking area next to the main office and left of the exit lanes.
Employee Parking area is for quick drop offs only. No parking/ waiting or risk being towed by The Parking Spot.
1. Walk to the blue Shuttle Stop sign.
2. Board the next shuttle and tell the driver your parking space number (ask your host for this before you arrive).
3. The shuttle will take you to the Park My Share area where your Turo vehicle is parked. (Remember to tip!)
Note: The Park My Share area is located at the back of the facility, so taking the shuttle is the fastest and safest way to reach your vehicle.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing ATL Airport
Be advised: We recommend getting to the facility 2 hours before your flight for unexpected delays.
Use 2741 Camp Creek Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30337 as the destination address to navigate back to The Parking Spot 1 facility.
As you pull into The Parking Spot 1, enter through the lane marked Covered, where the gate will open automatically by reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle. Please make sure to return the vehicle to the designated Park My Share (PMS) covered area (labeled with blue signage).
Look for your host's instructions as to where they would like you to park within the PMS lot. The shuttle pickup points are on the east side of each parking row. Trash cans are available at each shuttle pickup point for your trash.
If you are waiting longer than 5 mins for a shuttle you can request one by calling (404) 761-3300. A shuttle will come pick you up at the shuttle stop and return you to the airport. If you need any assistance, please contact your host.
