Arrivals: Guests Arriving To Atlanta - ATL

Please be advised Ground Transportation location is changing effective June 10, 2025.
After claiming your luggage at North Terminal proceed out W1 doors or after claiming your luggage at South Terminal proceed out W2 doors. Cross the pedestrian crosswalk to Ground Transportation and follow the signs to Zone D6. If you are arriving between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, use the Parking Spot App to Find My Shuttle & Pick Me Up or call for pick-up at 404-761-3300.
Tell the shuttle driver you are picking up from the “Park My Share” lot and look for your host's instructions and communicate to your driver where your host's vehicle is.
Once you find your vehicle, follow your host's check-in instructions. To exit, follow the exit signs to the Park My Share exit lane and the exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing Atlanta ATL
Be advised: We recommend getting to the facility 2 hours before your flight for unexpected delays.
As you pull into The Parking Spot 1 the gate will open automatically by reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle. Tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the "Park My Share" lot and to please send a shuttle to the "Park My Share" shuttle stop. If you are waiting longer than 5 mins for a shuttle you can request one by calling 404-761-3300.
Please make sure to return the vehicle to the designated “Park My Share” covered area (labeled with blue signage). Look for your host's instructions as to where they would like you to park within the "Park My Share" lot.
A shuttle will come pick you up at the shuttle stop and return you to the airport. If you need any assistance please contact your host.
