Arrivals: Guests Arriving at William P. Hobby (HOU) Airport
Welcome to Houston! Your host has your vehicle ready for pick up at The Parking Spot 2. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.
Houston (HOU) The Parking Spot 2 Shuttle Schedule
6:00 AM - 10:00 PM: Shuttles run regularly every 5-10 minutes. However, for precise timing or during peak periods, it's advisable to use The Parking Spot's mobile app (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play).
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: Shuttles operate around every 30 minutes or on-call during these hours. Contact The Parking Spot directly at (713) 641-5993 to request a pickup.
After landing, proceed to the baggage claim area on Level 1. Exit the terminal and follow signs to Curb Zones 4 and 5. Wait at Curb Zone 4 and board the next The Parking Spot 2 shuttle. Make sure to only board The Parking Spot shuttle marked with the number 2. The shuttle will transport you to The Parking Spot 2 facility, located at 7601 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061.
As you begin approaching the facility, pull up your host's instructions. Look for the location of your vehicle and let the shuttle driver know where the vehicle is located. (Remember to tip!)
To exit the facility, follow the blue Park My Share (PMS) signs, which will lead you through the PMS exit gate. The gate arm will lift automatically after reading the AVI tag on the vehicle's windshield.
If you have any issues with the gate access, hit the intercom button to be connected to a member of the PMS team. Once you pass the final gate, you'll be able to exit onto Airport Boulevard.

Non Airport - Local Pick up:
To avoid charges, we recommend getting dropped off curbside at the front entrance and walking to the Park My Share section of the lot. It is a 2-3 minute walk depending on where your host has staged the vehicle. Your host will have the specific row and space of your vehicle.

As you prepare for your departure, please follow these instructions to return the vehicle and proceed to your flight. Use 7601 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061 as the destination address to navigate back to The Parking Spot 2 facility.
Pull up to the Park My Share (PMS) entrance booth; the gate arm will vend automatically after reading the AVI tag on the vehicle's windshield. For the quickest return experience to the airport, tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the Park My Share lot and to please send a shuttle to the Park My Share shuttle stop.
If you experience any issues with gate access, press the intercom button to connect with a member of the PMS team. They may ask for the number on the back of the AVI tag, your reservation number, or your host's name to grant access.
Once inside the facility, follow the blue Park My Share signs to the designated PMS area, which is located on the northwest corner of the lot. Follow your host's checkout instructions, which may include locking the car or leaving the vehicle in a certain area.
Shuttle Pick up:
After securing the vehicle, proceed to the shuttle pickup area within The Parking Spot 2 facility. Wait by the blue PMS shuttle stop signs in front of the offices to be taken back to the airport. Please contact the local facility at (713) 641-5993 to arrange pick up if you are waiting longer than 5 minutes.
