- Hosts and customers must park in the dedicated Park My Share section only

- Buying Reservations outside the Park My Share platform is not permitted for car share activity.

- Gaining access to the facility in any way other than the Park My Share AVI tag is strictly prohibited.

- All AVI credentials must be activated and permanently affixed to each corresponding PMS-registered vehicle- no exceptions.

- Car Share customers will be dropped off at designated Park My Share drop-off points.

- Hosts are responsible solely for car location, security of their vehicle, and key management.

- Unattended vehicles must be locked at all times.

- No trailering in of vehicles.

- No storage of any items outside of vehicle- storage options are available you must contact park my share to pre-arrange.

- All requests for refunds should be for activity no older than 30 days.

- All host to parking facility communication should be done via Park My Share.

- Host cars without Park My Share window stickers may be immobilized.

- Car Share Hosts and parkers must be courteous towards The Parking Spot.

- No Blocking other customers while taking photos.

- Vendors providing Maintenance/ oil changes while on site must be certified by Park My Share.

- Hosts/owners are not permitted to do oil changes or vehicle maintenance.

- Cleaning by owners/hosts only or certified Park My Share vendors.

- Car wash activities must be waterless only.

- Violation of the car wash rule may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal of parking privileges.

- Staging cars for cleaning- no more than 5 cars at a time from a single company may be staged for cleaning.

- Staging of vehicles must be in spaces in car share areas, not perpendicular to traffic markings.

- No refueling on site.

- No generators are allowed on site of any kind.

- Take Trash with you if possible but we do have trash cans throughout the Park My Share Section for guests to use. You must pick up trash around each of your vehicles.

- Parking rate is for each space, if vehicles are parked in more than one space you will be charged for both.

- This facility does not offer Handicap Accessible shuttle service to car share guests. If you have a guest that needs accessibility please arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to the airport and utilize the handicap accessible spaces there.

- Unattended cars that are found unlocked $25.00 fine daily.

- Inactive vehicles, or cars that fail to have a permanently affixed AVI PMCS Tag $100.00 fine/ occurrence.

- Non Compliant or unauthorized Car Wash Fine $500.00

- Unauthorized vendor working on your vehicle $100.00 fine.

- Unauthorized host vehicle maintenance $100.00 fine.

- Key Exchange or parking in Alley $50.00/occurence.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF VEHICLES. The Parking Spot & Park My Share shall not be liable for damage to any vehicle using the parking facilities including theft, collision, fire, or any other damage to such vehicle; The Parking Spot & Park My Share shall not be responsible for articles left in such vehicles; The Parking Spot & Park My Share shall not be liable for loss of use of any such vehicles which may be damaged or stolen while using the parking facilities. In addition, The Parking Spot & Park My Share shall not be liable for any injury to any person using the parking facilities including any shuttle service regardless of the cause of such injury. Any vehicle you park at this facility is parked at your sole risk. The Parking Spot & Park My Share does not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. You alone are responsible for parking and locking your vehicle. Only a license to park is granted and no bailment is created. By your continued use of Park My Share you agree to all foregoing terms.
