Arrivals: Guests Arriving To Houston - IAH
Welcome to Houston!
Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM: Shuttles run regularly every 5-10 minutes. However, for precise timing or during peak periods, it's advisable to use The Parking Spot's mobile app.
Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM: Shuttles operate around every 30 mins or on-call during these hours. Contact The Parking Spot directly at (281) 449-8585 to request a pickup.
After claiming your baggage, proceed to the designated shuttle pickup areas below:
- Terminal A: Level 1 (Arrivals), outside Door A-114
- Terminal B: Level 1 (Arrivals), outside Door B-102N
- Terminal C: Level 1 (Arrivals), outside Door C-103
- Terminal D: Level 1, outside baggage and ticketing area
- Terminal E: Level 2 (Departures), outside Door E-201
Look for the "JFK" The Parking Spot shuttle. Do not board any other shuttle except for the ones marked specifically with "JFK". Board the next shuttle and inform the driver that you are a Turo Car Share/ Park My Share guest. The shuttle will transport you to The Parking Spot facility located at 15850 John F Kennedy Blvd, Houston, TX 77032.
As you begin approaching the facility, pull up your host's instructions and look for the location of your vehicle and let the shuttle driver know what row and space number your vehicle is located in.
To exit the facility, follow the Blue Park My Share signs which will lead you through the exit gate. The gate arms will lift automatically after the Park My Share AVI reader reads the AVI tag on the windshield of the vehicle.
If you have any issues with the gate access, hit the intercom button to be connected to a member of the PMS team. Once you pass the final gate, you'll be able to exit onto Wilkinson Blvd.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing Houston IAH
As you prepare for your departure, please follow these instructions to return the vehicle and proceed to your flight. Use 15850 John F Kennedy Blvd, Houston, TX 77032 as the destination address to navigate back to The Parking Spot facility. You must only enter via the "uncovered" entrance as you will not have access at any other entrance.
Pull up to the "Park My Share" entrance booth; the gate arms will vend automatically after the reader reads the AVI tag on the windshield of the vehicle. If you experience any issues with gate access, press the intercom button to connect with a member of the Park My Share team. They may ask for the number on the back of the AVI tag, your reservation number, or your host's name to grant access.
Follow the blue Park My Share signs to the designated Park My Share area. Follow your host's checkout instructions, which may include locking the car or leaving the vehicle in a certain area.
Shuttle Pickup:
After securing the vehicle, proceed to the shuttle pickup area within The Parking Spot facility. Wait by the blue Park My Share shuttle stop signs in front of the offices to be taken back to the airport. Please contact the local facility at (281) 449-8585 to arrange pickup if you are waiting longer than 5 minutes.
