Welcome to PHL! Your host has your vehicle ready for your pickup at The Parking Spot North. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.

Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM: Shuttles run regularly every 5-7 minutes. However, for precise timing or during peak periods, it's advisable to use The Parking Spot's mobile app:

Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM: Shuttles operate on-call during these hours. Contact The Parking Spot North directly at (215) 492-5353 to request a pickup.

Once you land, head down to baggage claim and collect your luggage. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and look for signs directing you to the "Courtesy Shuttle" or "Ground Transportation" areas designated for off-airport parking shuttles.

For all terminals (A, B, C, D, E, and F), shuttle pickup is outside the baggage claim area on the curbside.Board the Parking Spot shuttle North. DO NOT board the parking spot shuttle south, this will take you to a completely different location

As you approach the Parking Spot North entrance look for your host's instructions in your car share app and let your driver know where you vehicle is. Your driver will take you to the vehicle's location. Once you get off the shuttle, follows your host's check-in instructions.

To exit the facility, follow the Blue Park My Share signs which will lead you through two exit gates. The gate arms will lift automatically after the Park My Share AVI reader reads the AVI tag on the windshield of the vehicle.

If you have any issues with the gate access, hit the intercom button to be connected to a member of the PMS team. Once you pass the final gate, you'll be able to exit onto Essington Ave.
