Arrivals: Guests Arriving at SLC Airport
Welcome to Salt Lake City! Your host has your vehicle ready for pick up at The Parking Spot. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.
Salt Lake City The Parking Spot Shuttle Schedule
6:00 AM - 11:00 PM: The shuttles come every 5 to 15 minutes.
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM: The Parking Spot shuttles arrive about every 30 minutes, but we recommend that you let The Parking Spot know you need a shuttle by calling the office at (801) 364-0089 or using The Parking Spot App (downloadable from Apple's App Store or Google Play).
After claiming your baggage, head to the "A Curb" offsite shuttle pickup area, pillar 10A.
Let the driver know you are picking up a Turo/rental vehicle from the Park My Share lot and check your host's message for your vehicle aisle and space number.

Once you arrive at the Park My Share lot and locate your vehicle, follow your host's check-in instructions. The exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.
If you have any issues with gate access, use the intercom button to be connected to a member of the PMS team. The PMS team member may ask you for the number on the back of the AVI tag (typically located on the top left corner of the windshield), your reservation number, or your host's name to vend the gate.
For Non-Airport – Local Pick Up
Use address: 2200 West, North Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.
To avoid parking charges, have your driver drop you off at the front of the entrance, outside the front gate. The front gate area is for quick drop-offs only. No parking or waiting, or you risk being towed by The Parking Spot.
Ask your host for the pedestrian gate code and your parking space number before arriving.
Enter through the pedestrian gate and walk to your parking space. Use the same code to exit on foot.
Alternative Access: If you’re unable to access the pedestrian gate, use The Parking Spot’s main entrance at 123 S. 2400 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 (off I-80, exit 117). Ask the front office for a shuttle to the Park My Share area, then give the shuttle driver your parking space number.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing SLC
When returning your vehicle and needing airport transportation, arrive at least 2 hours before your desired terminal arrival time.
Use 2200 West, North Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, to navigate your car to the Park My Share facility.
As you pull into the facility, the gate will open automatically by reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle. If you have any issues with gate access, use the intercom button to be connected to a member of the PMS team. The PMS team member may ask you for the number on the back of the AVI tag (typically located on the top left corner of the windshield), your reservation number, or your host's name to vend the gate.
Make sure to return the vehicle to a spot in the Park My Share area (labeled with blue signage). A shuttle will come pick you up at the shuttle stop or at your car and return you to the airport. If needed, you can contact The Parking Spot by calling (801) 364-0089.
