Please Advise: Only board the Parking Spot WEST shuttle
The Parking Spot West shuttles arrive every 5 to 15 minutes from 7am-11pm. After 11pm and before 7am, the shuttles arrive every ~30 mins, but we recommend that you call The Parking Spot office and alert them that you are ready to be picked up by calling (512) 385-9343 or by downloading and calling a shuttle viaThe Parking Spot app.
After claiming your baggage, please head to the pick-up zone located at the pillar with the "offsite shuttle" pick-up sign, if you have any shuttle related questions call (512) 385-9343.
- For Barbara Jordan Terminal Arrivals: The Parking Spot West shuttle will pick up from the designate off-airport parking curb.
- For South Terminal Arrivals: Take the South Terminal Shuttle from the South Terminal to the Barbara Jordan Terminal. Once at the Barbara Jordan Terminal, the Parking Spot West shuttle will pick up from the designate off-airport parking curb.
Board the next available Parking Spot West Shuttle and tell the driver you are picking up a vehicle from the “Park My Share” lot. Check your host’s message for the aisle and space number where the vehicle is parked.
Once you arrive to The Parking Spot "Park My Share" lot and find your vehicle, follow your host's check-in instructions. The exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing AUS
Leaving Austin!
When returning the vehicle and needing airport transportation, arrive at least 2 hours before your desired terminal arrival time.
Use the following address to navigate your car to Park My Share at "The Parking Spot" facility at 1600 E Hwy 71 Austin, TX 78742. Make sure you are entering from the Hwy 71 entrance and not the rear shuttle entrance.
As you pull into The Parking Spot the gate will open automatically by reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle. Tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the "Park My Share" (Turo, Car Share Vehicle, etc) lot and to please send a shuttle to the "Park My Share" shuttle stop.
Make sure to return the vehicle to a spot in the “Park My Share” areas (labeled with blue signage).
A shuttle will come pick you up at the shuttle stop or at your car and return you to the airport.
