● Using any method other than the automated LPR system or the dedicated intercom system, to gain access to the parking facility, is strictly prohibited. No pulling tickets, making reservations, etc.
● You must use the entry and exit lanes properly for ingress and egress; no driving around barrier gates or driving through landscaped areas.
● All License Plates must be permanently affixed to each vehicle and match the vehicle details in the Turo platform.
● Hosts are responsible solely for car location, security of their vehicle, and key management.
● Unattended vehicles must be locked at all times.
● No trailering of vehicles on the lot or within one mile of the entry/exit points of the lot(s).
● No storage of any items outside of the vehicle.
● All requests for any refunds must be for activity no older than 30 days.
● Car Share Hosts and parkers must be courteous towards the parking lot staff at all times.
● No blocking other customers or shuttles while taking photos.
● All vehicles must be parked in marked spaces within the lot at all times.
● No vehicle maintenance is allowed at any time on property.
● No interior cleaning is allowed on property at any time.
● No car wash activities are allowed on property at any time.
● No refueling on site.
● No generators are allowed on site.
● Take trash with you, pick up trash around your vehicles.
● Overstay fines are for a single space; if vehicles are parked in more than one space, you may be charged for both.
● All parking of Car Share vehicles must be in lots. Absolutely no staging or key exchanges occurring anywhere outside of the borders of the Peer-to-Peer lot or Remote South lots.
