Arrivals: Guests Arriving To Boston

Welcome to Boston! Your host has your vehicle ready for pick up at PreFlight. Follow the instructions below to get to the shuttle and your rental vehicle.
Boston PreFlight Shuttle Schedule
8:00 AM - 11:00 PM: The shuttles come every 7 to 12 minutes.
11:00 PM - 8:00 AM: Please call (617) 884-2294 for pickup from BOS airport.
Airport Pickup Locations
Terminal A: Cross traffic, courtesy bus booth
Terminal B: Door B106 or B115 (may move during overnight construction; please look for courtesy bus signs).
Terminal C: Door C110. To the right outside of baggage claim.
Terminal E: Cross traffic, last courtesy booth on the right.
Once at the shuttle stop, enter the next PreFlight shuttle to arrive. Tell the shuttle driver you are a Turo guest picking up from the Park My Share lot. Look for your host's instructions and communicate to your driver where your host's vehicle is. (Remember to tip!)
After arriving at the PreFlight Park My Share lot and finding your vehicle, follow your host's check-in instructions. The exit gate will automatically open after reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle.

Nonairport - Local Pick Up
To avoid charges, we recommend getting dropped off curbside at the front entrance of the PreFlight parking facility.
Once you arrive at the front gate, let the gate attendant know you’re a guest looking for the Park My Share area. The Park My Share area is a five-minute walk from the front entrance. Look for your host's instructions for exact vehicle location.

Departures: Guests Returning a Car and Departing Boston
Leaving Boston!
When returning the vehicle and needing airport transportation, arrive at least 2 hours before your desired terminal arrival time.
Use the following address to navigate your car to Park My Share at the PreFlight Parking facility: 111 Eastern Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150.
As you pull into PreFlight Parking. the gate will open automatically by reading the AVI tag on your host's vehicle. For the quickest return experience to the airport, tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the Park My Share lot and to please send a shuttle to the Park My Share shuttle stop.
Please make sure to return the vehicle to a spot in the Park My Share areas (labeled with blue signs). Look for your host's instructions as to where they would like you to park within the Park My Share lot.
A shuttle will come pick you up at the shuttle stop and return you to the airport.
