The Park My Car Share LLC Car Share Service (“Park My Car Share LLC” or “we” or “us” or “our”) Refer a Friend Program (“Program’) is offered by Park My Car Share LLC. By participating in the Program, as either a Referrer or Referee (both as defined below), you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are subject to our TOS, Facility Rules and Privacy Policy.

I. Eligibility.

Referrers must be a Park My Car Share LLC Users in good standing. Referees must be a new Park My Car Share LLC user and must meet our eligibility requirements. Employees of Park My Car Share LLC or any of its or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies are not able to participate.

II. How the Program Works.

Park My Car Share LLC Users can invite friends, colleagues, family members to use Park My Car Share LLC by sending a unique link generated by the Park My Car Share LLC application. Once a User invites a person to join, that User becomes a “Referrer” and the invited person becomes a “Referee”. Referees must follow a referral link, create an account on www.ParkMyCarShare.com, and agree to its TOS . Once the Referee has clicked the Referral Link, successfully registered, accepted as a user, and purchased at least one city pass, the Referer will receive “Fuel” Credit in the amount of 2% of all Parking Charges collected from the User. This will occur for a period of 1 year. After one year the fuel credit for that account/host will cease. You may only collect fuel credits for a host for one year, even if they create new accounts etc. The new accounts will not reset the 1 year timeline. Fuel Credits will begin getting issued 7 Days after the Referee purchases their first city pass. Refer a friend program is applicable for any account created after May 6, 2024.

III. Fuel Credit Limitations.

Unless otherwise noted, Fuel Credits not withdrawn from the fuel tank will expire One Hundred and Eighty (180) days after the award date. Fuel Credits are subject to the minimum account threshold and below that amount can only be used to offset PMCS charges. Above the minimum account threshold you may request an ACH for funds in excess of the minimum account threshold. Fuel Credits cannot be assigned, transferred, sold, auctioned or traded. Referrers can earn a maximum of $50,000 Fuel Credits per year. Upon suspension or termination of your Park My Car Share LLC user account all unused Fuel Credits will automatically expire. Fuel Credits are provided in the local currency of the Referrer and may not be used in any jurisdiction with a different currency.

IV. Applicable Law.

This Program is governed by and construed in accordance with law of Ohio without regard to conflicts of laws provisions thereof.

V. Privacy.

The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with the Park My Car Share LLC Privacy Policy.

VI. No Spamming.

Park My Car Share LLC wants you to share your referral link or code and earn Fuel Credits, but referral links or codes must be used only for personal purposes. This means that you can share your referral link or code only with people you know or are connected to personally or through social media. If you moderate facebook groups, have blog subscribers or generally control content online it is acceptable to share the link on your controlled pages. You agree that you will not:

Duplicate, sell, or transfer your referral link or code in any manner or make it available to the general public (such as by printing it on business cards; posting it on a coupon website, job website or using it as part of a job application, including but not limited to the following website and applications Amazon, EBay, Fiverr, Craigslist, RetailMeNot, Reddit, Wikipedia, Gumtree, Moneysavingexpert, Groupon or using paid social media or paid search);Try to get referees/invitees by spamming, bulk emailing, or sending large numbers of unsolicited emails. The only people you should be emailing are people you know personally or are connected to you through your social media channels;Use, display, or manipulate Park My Car Share LLC intellectual property (such as Park My Car Share LLC's logos, trademarks, and copyright-protected works) in any way, except as to identify yourself as an Park My Car Share LLC user, Park My Car Share LLC referrer/inviter, or referrer/inviter for Park My Car Share LLC;Create or register any (i) businesses, (ii) URLs, (iii) domain names, (iv) software application names or titles, or (v) social media handles or profiles that include the word "Park My Car Share LLC" or any of Park My Car Share LLC's other trademarks or any words that are confusingly similar to Park My Car Share LLC's trademarks.Use Park My Car Share LLC's trademarks as your social media profile picture or wallpaper or use any of Park My Car Share LLC's copyright-protected works (such as graphics, photos, images, drawings, and screenshots from Park My Car Share LLC's website or app) without Park My Car Share LLC's express written permission;Purchase keywords (including, but not limited to Google AdWords) that contain any of Park My Car Share LLC's trademarks;Use automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute, post, or otherwise share your referral link or code;Use scripts or programmed or automatic dialers to send invites or otherwise share your referral link or code;Make misleading claims about Park My Car Share LLC, use offensive/abusive content, create fake websites/webpages/social media profiles/apps, misrepresent your connection to Park My Car Share LLC, or otherwise make any false or misleading statements to get a referee/invitee to use your link or code; orUse your referral link or code in any manner that violates the law or the rights of anyone else.

Remember, when you share your referral link or code, you should explain that you are a Park My Car Share LLC referrer.

VII. General Terms.

Unless otherwise noted, this Program may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. We reserve the right to (i) suspend or terminate any Referrer or Referee’s participation in the Program for fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity or violation of these Terms, TOS or Facility Rules; (ii) terminate the user account of a Referrer or Referee who violates or attempts to violate these Terms or any aspect of our TOS and (iii) cancel, modify or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. Referees and Referrers may not use the Program to act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene, or outside the spirit and intent of the Program or otherwise to violate any law, rule or regulation or the rights of any third party. All of our decisions are final and binding.
